All prices in USD. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees; customs processing can add time.

Duties and taxes

Import duties and taxes are calculated and charged at checkout, so the total you approve is the total you pay. Your parcel ships with duties prepaid and nothing is owed on delivery: no customs invoice, and no broker calling you for a fee at the door. This applies to every country we ship to.

Tracking

Every order ships tracked. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is scanned. If a week passes with no movement on the tracking, contact us and we will chase it.

Undeliverable parcels

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong, nobody claimed it, or delivery was refused, we will refund the order less the original shipping cost and the return shipping.
